We are native Idahoans with busy lifestyles.

For the past 20 years, we've worked together running our Boise-based, family-owned business. We've recognized through the ups-and-downs of business operations, that we could have used support. We understand how easy it is to get bogged down in managing your bills and household projects. Like you, we want to spend the time away from our business focusing on family.  

we came up with the idea of Simplifying the lives of people like us - and syringa lifestyle management was born

Like other Idaho natives, we've experienced the best of both worlds - we're blessed to have grown up in the Treasure Valley while spending summers in McCall. We love that we're able to pass these traditions on to our children. We want to help you do the same. 

In our spare time we like to cheer on our Vandals, travel to new places, and spend time with extended family and friends.

Molly sharpened her skills in human resources and training at a large Boise-area corporation before bringing those skills to the family business. Her superpowers are bringing together people and teams while managing quality and safety.

Joe has spent 20 years perfecting his estimating and project management skills. He enjoys helping people strategize and see what they can accomplish for the future. 

We are excited to leverage our experiences and strengths to help others. We love to take on difficult ideas, problems, and challenges - and make them attainable for people. We also bring an element of emotional awareness to our work. We know change is not always easy, and finding people to trust can be difficult.
